PhD student Ruska Manolova is developing a dissertation on “Relational university model for effective management of the modern educational market” in professional field 3.5. “Public Communications and Information Sciences”, PhD program “Organization and Management of Information Processes”, Institute for Research and Training at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies since 2017, with scientific supervisors Prof. Dr. Ivanka Pavlova and Prof. Dr. Mayana Mitevska.
Bachelor’s degree in History at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2003, and since 2012 she has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. St. Cyril and Methodius”.
Her work experience for 15 years is in private companies engaged in import and export of goods, trade, microcredit. Since 2008 she has been working as a specialist in training, qualification and scientific information at the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment in Oncology Ltd., Sofia. In 2016 she joined the team of ULSIT as an expert “Human Resources”, and since 2018 she is the Head of the Department “Administrative and Economic Activities” of ULSIT.
She has 7 publications related to the development of her dissertation in authoritative Bulgarian and international seminars and conferences both independently and in co-authorship.
She is a member of three research projects funded by the National Science Fund of the Ministry of Education and Science.
